Earlier this month, we announced to partners that our name and logos would be changing on September 22. Our new name, Allianz Partners, is a nod to the vital role partners like you play in improving customers’ journeys with us. In the future, you’ll see this new name and logo everywhere we’re addressing you and your colleagues. At the same time, our insurance products will be branded Allianz Travel and our new Allianz Travel product logo will appear in all traveler-facing communications going forward.
Check out our FAQs for more details on our company and product rebranding:
- Q: Why are you changing your brand?
A: We appreciate the vital role you continue to play in leading the way forward with us. Our new name and logo Allianz Partners reflect our renewed commitment to you and to our partnership. Our modern suite of travel protection products will be branded Allianz Travel, expressing our shared dedication to enhancing your customers’ journeys.
- Q: When does your legal name officially become Allianz Partners?
A: As of now, this rebrand only applies to updates that don’t require a legal name change. Our legal name is currently in transition and more details will be shared as they become available.
- Q: Why do you have separate brands now for your company and your products?
A: The two new brands are necessary to align with our presence across the globe, where we currently operate as Allianz Partners, offering a range of insurance products. Allianz Travel branding specifically represents our travel protection products.
- Q: How do I know when to use Allianz Partners versus Allianz Travel in various communications and marketing materials?
A: Here’s an easy way to remember which branding faces which audience: To our partners (e.g., travel agencies and suppliers), we’re Allianz Partners. For travelers, our communications are more product-focused, and therefore branded Allianz Travel. Allianz Partners to partners, Allianz Travel for travelers.
- Q: How can I get the new logos?
A: Please contact your Allianz Partners District Director to obtain the new logos. Be sure to include the requested file format and the context in which the logo will be used in your request.
- Q: Who should I contact if I have a brand-related question?
A: Please reach out to your dedicated District Director for brand-related inquiries.
- Q: Will my customers continue seeing the Allianz Global Assistance logo?
A: This brand change is intended to remove all instances of the Allianz Global Assistance branding; however, the Allianz Global Assistance name will still be present where there are references to our legal entity.
- Q: How do I obtain new brochures and other marketing materials?
A: New materials will be available through our online brochure ordering tool two weeks prior to the rebrand launch.
