Three Online Resources That Can Help Sharpen Your Skills

While staying home as much as possible, it’s a great time to learn about travel protection and ways to demonstrate its value. Offering travel protection can help your customers have a better overall travel experience—ultimately strengthening your relationships and their loyalty to you. Here are a few resources that can help you get ready to hit the ground running when travel picks up again:

  • Complete Your Online Travel Agent Academy

    If you’ve already completed the Travel Agent Academy, it’s a good idea to revisit it annually for a refresh. If you haven’t finished all six chapters yet, you can revisit them anytime and finish each chapter in about 30 minutes—stopping and starting back again at your leisure. Once you finish the interactive tutorials, you should have a better understanding of how travel insurance works, proven methods to demonstrate value, and free tools that can help you sell more efficiently.

  • Read Your Digital Marketing Guide Flipbook

    Every year, we publish an updated digital Marketing Guide to give you some of our current product highlights, an overview of your free consumer marketing campaigns and selling tools, information to share with customers, and more. Bookmark pages you find most useful and you can jump straight to them for future reference. Just keep in mind you’ll need to update these bookmarks the following year when the latest issue is published.

  • Get to Know Your Sales Tools in the AgentMax Online Resource Center

    You can access a variety of user guides in the Resource Center when you log into AgentMax Online, including a manual, brochure, and a link to an AgentMax informational website that includes a training section with video tutorials. They can help you start taking advantage of automated selling features like 2nd Chance by MaxMail emails and a QuoteMax quote box for your website.
