Last year, when we surveyed travel advisors, we were thrilled to hear that 8 out of 10 preferred AgentMax Online over any other travel insurance sales platform. While it’s been a challenging year for all of us, that insight helped inspire and energize us to keep working toward updates that will take your selling tools to the next level. Over the last few months, we’ve released new AgentMax Online features that can boost your efficiency and transform some of the ways you support your customers.
Here’s a quick recap of those enhancements:
Notifications Feature
By now, you may have noticed a new Notifications icon at the top of every screen in AgentMax Online. This new feature notifies you whenever you have new travel insurance sales through MaxMail and QuoteMax—refreshing every time you log into AgentMax Online. By popular demand, this update launched in July and can help you stay up-to-date on your customers’ purchases.
Benefit Alerts
Your Notifications feature also includes a new Benefit Alerts tab to let you know when a customer’s eligibility for a pre-existing conditions exclusion waiver is set to expire soon. You can easily send them a quick message from this tab, along with their original plan quote, if you’d like to remind them not to miss out on potential benefits.
Group Booking
We also recently launched a group booking function for AgentMax Online—adding even more booking capabilities to your web-based selling tool. You can book travel groups in a single transaction by uploading a traveler list, add individual travelers to a group you’ve created, or use a combination of these two methods. Once you’ve created a group and added trip details, that information will auto-populate for everyone in the group. You can also process payments with agency credit cards or individual cards in single or multiple transactions.
More to Come
We’ll continue to keep you posted on additional updates in the works, like new administrator functions, GDS integrations, and a new training mode. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your AgentMax Online updates or you’d like more training, please reach out to Client Services or your local district representative.
