On May 24, 2022, we notified all agency partners by email that we’ll be phasing out the desktop version of AgentMax® and all user accounts must migrate to AgentMax Online, our award-winning sales tool, by June 30, 2022. Here’s what this means for you if you’re still using the original version of AgentMax®.
You’ll need to set up an AgentMax Online account.
Creating an AgentMax Online account is easy and we’re here to guide you through the process. Download our AgentMax Online Transition Guide and FAQs to get started. Don’t forget: Be sure to set up your account using the same email you used to set up your account for the desktop version, so all your sales records will transfer.
You can enjoy more future sales flexibility.
Because AgentMax Online is web-based, you can access sales records and keep selling on the go from any web-enabled device. Plus, whenever upgrades are made to AgentMax Online, they happen automatically—so you won’t need to download them manually and wait until they’re finished to access your sales records.
You’ll still have all your favorite features.
Easy importing and exporting of customer and trip protection data to and from ClientBase or Apollo/Galileo? Check! Customer notifications to help you stay on top of customer service? You bet! You’ll still have these user-favorite features with the online version—plus group booking management and administrator customization options.
